NAGAMI is an experimental sour beer made from 30% surplus bread, 30KG of fresh squeezed kumquats, and just a touch of Timur pepper. Kettle soured and fermented with both English and German yeast strains.
A slight citrus aroma, some bitterness, some spice, and heaps of minerality and mouthfeel (contributed from the bread).
4.0% ABV

Store cold, drink fresh!
